Hi, I’m Taewan, a 23-year-old from South Korea. I recently arrived in Brisbane on a Working Holiday visa.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I always clean up after cooking, keep common areas tidy, keep noise to a minimum and respect other people’s privacy. I’m friendly and enjoy having a chat, but I also appreciate quiet time and understand the importance of giving housemates their own space.
I have around 1.5 years of woodworking experience in Korea and I’m currently looking for work in cabinet making, joinery or furniture assembly. I have sufficient savings to reliably cover my rent and living expenses while I look for work.
In my free time, I enjoy calisthenics, walking and spending time in nature. I smoke occasionally, but only outside, and I never smoke indoors or in shared areas.
I’m looking for a furnished private room with good access to public transport. I’m initially looking for a flexible stay, but I would be happy to stay long term if the house is a good fit and the location is convenient for commuting to work.
I’m available to move in from 29 July and would be happy to attend an inspection.
