Hi, my name is Yann, I’m 31 years old and French.

I’m new to Melbourne, I arrived a month and a half ago and I’m currently living in a share house right in the city centre. The lease ends soon, on August 12th, so I’m now looking for a new place to live, ideally in Southbank, St Kilda, Brunswick, Fitzroy, or Richmond.

I’m quiet, discreet, and quite particular about cleanliness, so I’m looking for flatmates who are equally clean and tidy. I don’t smoke and I don’t drink.

If possible, I’d really like to have my own private room, as in my current place I share a room and it’s sometimes quite uncomfortable.
