Hi, I'm Joakim! I'm a 20-year-old exchange student from London, spending a semester studying at Swinburne University in Hawthorn. I'll be pretty busy with classes from Monday to Friday, so I tend to keep my weekdays relatively low-key.

In my downtime, I enjoy getting out for a walk to explore the city, and I'm always up for grabbing a casual beer. I'm not looking for a crazy nightclub scene or a house that parties every night, but I would love to live in a friendly, welcoming sharehouse. I don't have a car, so I won't be needing a parking spot!

I'm ideally looking for some great housemates to share a place with, though I am open to a studio or 1-bedroom place as well. If you have a room available, I'd love to hear from you!
