Hi, I'm Bea.

I'm permanently relocating from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, where my family lives, and I'm looking for a friendly, respectful home while I settle into this next chapter.

I've spent more than 12 years working in marketing. Recently, I decided to take a career break, which gave me the opportunity to travel through parts of South America, hike in the Himalayas, compete in beach volleyball tournaments, and spend more time with family. It was a great reset, and during that time I made the decision to make the Sunshine Coast my permanent home. I'm currently building my own business and will be working from home a few days each week.

I also have a dog, Charli. She's a kelpie with the personality of a Labrador. She's very friendly, loves being patted and is great with kids. I'm looking for a home where she'll be the only pet.

Outside of work, I'm a very active person. You'll usually find me playing beach volleyball, hiking, walking Charli, or spending time with my family, who are all based on the Sunshine Coast.

I'm looking for a calm, clean and respectful share house with 1 or 2 flatmates. I'm definitely not looking for a party house. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to me, and I appreciate people who are easygoing, considerate, and enjoy a peaceful home.
