Software engineer at a sustainability consultancy here in Newcastle. 24, local, and after my first place out of home, so I'm looking for somewhere I can settle in for a good while rather than bounce around.

I'm out the door for work by 8 and back around 5:30, so the house is all yours during the day. I cook dinner most nights, four or five a week, and I clean the kitchen while I'm doing it. Very much a "wipe the bench down before I leave the room" person.

Weeknights I'm usually at my computer gaming, or roping people into a board game if they're keen. Weekends are tennis, dinner somewhere good, and the occasional big night out with mates.

Looking for a house where people actually hang out and know each other, not four closed doors. Totally fine with people over on a Saturday, and up for a party as long as it's not a Tuesday.

Budget up to $400/wk. Non-smoker, do drink, no pets, and I have a car if that affects parking. Payslips and references ready to go.
