Hello I’m Ashalyn, I’m a great housemate to live with because I am clean, respectful, and easy to talk to. I always wash my dishes after cooking, and keep common areas along with my own space tidy. I do work a full-time night shift and a causal day job occasionally, my average hours range usually from 8pm till 5am although some nights I finish earlier, but I am very respectful of others quiet time, I’d rather disclose now so you are able to see if we’re a good match as some people may be light sleepers or have pets that are reactive. My max rent budget would be 330 including bills, anywhere within 20 minutes of the city would be nice and length of stay preferably would be at least 6 months but happy to agree to any amount of time, I hope to find likeminded people to share with :)
