Hi, I'm Erica! I'm 30 years old and originally from New Zealand, where I was born and raised. I've been living in Brisbane for the past four years and absolutely love calling it home.
I work fulltime in a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 role, so I have a pretty regular routine. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym, exploring new cafés, spending time in parks, and getting outdoors. I'm also just as happy staying in with a good meal, watching a movie, or having a quiet night to recharge.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I don't smoke, and I only drink occasionally in social settings. I have my own car, so parking would be appreciated if available.
I enjoy having a friendly relationship with my housemates, whether that's cooking or sharing a meal together, having the occasional chat, or simply coexisting comfortably. I also respect everyone's personal space and understand that we all have our own lives and routines.
I'm looking for more than just a room. I'd love to find a place that feels like home with easygoing, respectful people who value open communication and a peaceful living environment. I'm reliable with rent and take pride in looking after the place I live.
