Alissa, Shanella and Ella

We are a small, respectful household of three adults looking for a long-term whole property to rent.

Our household consists of:

Me – I work full-time in stable employment and have a reliable income.

My 19-year-old daughter, Ella – She is currently studying and receives Youth Allowance while completing her education.

Our close family friend, Shanella (40) – She works part-time and also receives Centrelink payments.

We are looking for a 3+ bedroom home where we can settle down for the long term.

We are extremely house-proud and believe in treating any property we rent as if it were our own. We are clean, tidy, quiet, respectful of our neighbours, and take pride in maintaining a well-kept home. We understand the importance of paying rent on time, looking after the property, and communicating openly with property managers and owners.

We recently relocated from Queensland, where I own my own home. That property is currently rented to a lovely young couple, giving me firsthand experience of both renting and being a landlord. Because of this, I truly understand the value of having reliable, respectful tenants and the importance of caring for someone else's investment.
