Hello everyone,
We are a French couple, both 35 years old, looking for a furnished place to stay in Sydney as part of our move to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV).

We are ideally looking for a place in neighbourhoods with a strong local atmosphere, good public transport connections to the CBD, and a great lifestyle. We are particularly interested in the Inner West and areas close to the city centre, such as:
Marrickville, Erskineville, Newtown, Enmore, Petersham, Summer Hill, Stanmore, Redfern and surrounding suburbs.
We are initially looking for accommodation for 2–3 months, with the possibility of extending our stay depending on the experience and the accommodation.

About us :

We are a calm, respectful and sociable couple moving to Sydney to discover a new culture, meet new people and start an exciting new adventure abroad.
We enjoy living in neighbourhoods where we can experience local life: cafés, restaurants, neighbourhood bars, cultural events and green spaces, while still having a comfortable place to call home.

We enjoy sharing moments with housemates (meals, conversations, discovering the city together), while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

As tenants / housemates :

- Two responsible adults, no children
- No pets
- Non-smokers
- We do not organise parties at home
- Respectful of the property, shared spaces and neighbours
- Clean, organised and considerate in a shared living environment

What we are looking for :

- Furnished accommodation (private room in a shared house/apartment or a furnished apartment)
- A friendly and welcoming environment
- Easy access to public transport to the CBD
- A pleasant neighbourhood with a good atmosphere

Move-in date: 15 October 2026

Initial stay: 2–3 months, with the possibility of extending
