I am a 52-year-old woman looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly environment. I’m working full time, and a part-time student, so I need a comfortable place study and sometimes work from home.

I will be returning from several months in the uk (my husband is still in the uk for family reasons) and so I’m looking for a max of 6 months to get settled back in Australia and be close to work in Roma Street. (We own a place on the Sunshine Coast but have rented it out for a while).

We have had international housemates ourselves for over 10 years and so know what it means to be a good tenant.

I prefer to have my own bathroom and aircon if possible and do not have a car. Non-smoker with no kids or pets.

I’m good at keeping to myself but also do love to natter. I’d be looking forward to getting to know Brisbane and particularly love South Bank and the galleries, museums, market, live music, shopping and cinema etc. I wouldn’t expect to have a lot of free time though.

I have been a graphic designer most of my life, then retrained recently and completed a degree in Health Science, and now work for QPS in crime prevention, and studying criminology and neuroscience.
