My name is Joren, I’m a 21-year-old from Belgium currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.
A bit about me: I work two jobs in hospitality (near Burleigh Heads and Broadbeach North), so I keep quite busy, but I always pay my rent on time and have stable income. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy having a friendly chat with housemates over a drink or meal, but I also fully respect everyone’s privacy and downtime.
I’m ready to move in as soon as possible. I can transfer the bond and the first week's rent straight away. I’d love to come by for an inspection or set up a quick video call to meet you and see the place.
