Hi! I'm a Monash University student looking for an apartment or unit from early December until mid-February while my parents visit me from overseas. We're a family of three looking for a clean, comfortable place where we can stay together during their visit.
Our preferred locations are Melbourne CBD, Southbank, St Kilda, Docklands, Carlton, South Melbourne, Richmond, or nearby suburbs with convenient public transport.
We're respectful, quiet, and tidy guests. We don't smoke or party, and we'll take excellent care of your home. As this is a family visit, we'll mostly be out exploring Melbourne and spending time together.
Being a student, I'm looking for something within a reasonable budget, so if you're open to negotiating the rent or offering a student-friendly price, I'd really appreciate it. I'm flexible, easy to communicate with, and happy to provide any additional information or references if needed.
