About me

Greetings to you all, from the Island of the Long White Clouds, the land of Aotearoa, New Zealand.

I have been contacted by some recruitment agencies in Australia, advising me to move over to Australia, based on what they have seen on my Resume, and I have decided to choose Brisbane, as a destination to begin my new career. Hence, I am looking for available properties in Queensland Brisbane. I do have a sister who is studying at the University of Queensland, who might be able to come view the house, if not, we can quickly do a What's App video tour of the house and the amenities, then after the viewing, I can ask the necessary questions on actual availability date, bonds to be paid, minimum stay (flexible or rigid), incentives for people moving from another country such as 1st week free rent to help them with settling down for that week etc... I aim to move to Queensland by first week of September, so, ideally, I need to finalize with you by end of week, and book my one way flight to Brisbane.

Please kindly note that am a quite person, I don't have a TV and I don't watch TV, as I spend most of my day thinking critically and trying to solve issues. I enjoy formula 1 sports, as I am a Charles Leclerc and the Pransing horse. I do play for Mangere United, here in the Conference League here in Mangere/Auckland. I also like plane spotting and aircraft technology, and my favourite aircraft is the A350-1000ULR. I love to travel, and I travel a lot within my limits as I love planning for long term and within a reasonable budget of expenditure.

I am looking for an Ensuite Bathroom, and a bathroom that doesn't have all the edges infested with black moulds because I am very clean human being to deal with, highly hygienic. I think that is enough on my end, and looking forward to a reasonable priced Ensuite room, as Brisbane is certainly not a cheap city to live in. My budget is around 270 to 325AUD/Week, and ideally I need a place which has a train station line route, which means that I can easily hop on a train and ride to any of the destinations, either for work or for appointments, or for grocery shopping. Just for ease of mobility and convenience, as I won't have a car immediately upon arrival into Brisbane. I would really hope to get an area which is not too expensive, but has a good range of grocery shops and local amenities around. A quite and safe location ideally.
