I’m currently studying in the mornings and working in the afternoons, so because of my work schedule, I usually get home after midnight.
I’m a quiet, clean and easy-going person. I respect other people’s privacy and personal space, and I’m always happy to help keep the common areas clean and tidy.
I usually spend my weekends with my boyfriend and often stay out, so I’m not home all the time. I’m also pet-friendly and don’t mind living with pets, as long as everyone takes responsibility for cleaning up after their own pets.
I’d also like to have my boyfriend stay over occasionally, around 2–3 times a month, usually for a weekend. Of course, I completely understand if there are any house rules regarding guests.
I’m a calm and respectful person who values good communication and a peaceful living environment. I’m only looking for a long-term rental and hope to find a comfortable place that I can call home.
