Hi, I’m Craig, a single, mature young at heart 70-year-old professional man looking for a comfortable 1-bedroom unit, granny flat or private room in the Southern Gold Coast area, ideally around Tugun, Currumbin, Palm Beach or nearby.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful and responsible, and I’m looking for a peaceful place to call home. I’m financially secure and take pride in keeping my accommodation clean and well maintained.
I enjoy cycling, reading and keeping active, and I’m not a party person. I would suit someone looking for a reliable, considerate and easy-going tenant.
I’m ideally looking for something around $300–$400 per week, preferably with my own bathroom and some privacy.
