Hi! I’m Rebecca, 29, originally from Germany 🇩🇪 and moving to the Gold Coast in August to study Community Services. I’ll also be working part-time alongside my studies.

I’m clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy having a chat and socialising, but I also really value my own time and personal space. I’m definitely not a party person and I’m looking for a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels relaxed and respected. 🏡

In my free time I love trying new restaurants and cafés (definitely a foodie ☕️🍝), cooking, beach walks, exploring nature and travelling. I’m also a huge animal lover! 🐶🐱 I love board games, cosy evenings, watching trash TV, a good series or movie, and just having a laugh.

Ideally, I’d love to find a share house where people become friends rather than just housemates. I’d love to occasionally cook together, grab a coffee, go to the beach, play board games, watch something together or simply do something fun. 🥰

But I also really value my own time and personal space, and I completely understand that everyone has their own routines, work, studies and social life. I think it’s all about finding a nice balance where everyone feels comfortable. 😊

I’m looking for a private room on the Gold Coast and I’m flexible with both furnished and unfurnished rooms. Good public transport is important initially as I won’t have a car straight away, but I’m flexible with location.

I’ll be arriving on 25 August and would love to find a place that genuinely feels like home while I’m studying in Australia. 💛
