Hey everyone,

I’m Samira, 22 years old (about to be 23) and am looking for a new place to stay.
I’m originally from Germany but have been traveling around lots in the past few years.

I am looking to find something potentially long term, since I am looking into starting to study here in Sydney, I’m currently looking into graphic design and event management.
I would like to move in on August 31st / September 1st, just when I am back from visiting my family overseas.
Preferably a place where it’s easy to get to a beach! But thats just a preference.
I’m also happy to adjust my budget a bit for a good fit.

I am very easy going; friendly, clean, tidy and respectful.
I love a good chat and socialising but at the same time I value my alone time and respect everyones space, especially after a long day of work.
In my free time I like going to the gym, going to concerts, gaming, beach days, surfing (or attempting to), movie nights, going out for food, markets or any fun activities.
I’m a bit of a nerd, big on music and movies and into spirituality, astrology and all that kind of stuff.
I try to be really active and usually am out and about doing something.
I would say that I’m a very laid back person, more on the introverted spectrum.

I am ideally looking for a private room with its own bathroom (or shared with one other person).
I have been in shared homes and apartments before, I have had both good and bad experiences.
I am looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet space where everyone respects each other and keeps shared spaces and appliances tidy and usable.
I’d love to live in a friendly, somewhat social household with people who share some similar interests. It would be great to have housemates who care to know eachother while also respecting everyones space!
I’d prefer to live with girls since I’ve had a few bad experiences living with men, however I’m open to being in a mixed house as long as everyone is respectful and appropriate.
I don’t smoke and would prefer to be in a home with other non-smokers (or who do it outside).

Also very open to granny flats or small studios.
