Hi all, 48 year old, student soon to be casual worker, looking to team up with 1 or 2 other ladies for a new share house. I do not drink/smoke. I have mobility issues so need a house on one level or a new unit that has a lift & close to PT. I have an indoor cat who is both snuggly and entertaining with crazy zoomies. Not sure she would be good with more pets. My budget is around $270-$330 ish. I would like a share house that is clean, respectful of space, good convos on occasion, no smokers. Not fussed on age/stage, its more about a clean tidy house & calm atmosphere. Ideal areas would be around inner north/east such as Richmond, Brunswick, Fitzroy, Hawthorn, Northcote etc
