My name is Asfand, I’m 21 years old and currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology at RMIT University. I also work as a Duty Manager at Woolworths, so I have a stable income and a busy but responsible lifestyle.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going person who values a peaceful and friendly home environment. I don’t smoke, rarely host parties, and always make sure shared spaces are kept tidy. I’m considerate of other people’s privacy, schedules, and personal space, and I believe good communication is the key to comfortable house sharing.
