Looking for a place to call home in Sydney!

Hi all! I'm Alex and I’m relocating from Melbourne after landing a job back in my career in the music industry. I’m currently looking for a long-term private room in a vibey flatshare with people that are easy to live with.

A lil about me:
🌸 30 year old LDN gal who loves catching up with friends at the pub, exploring new spots, going to gigs, and reading the latest Romantasy on the beach
😊 I'm v sociable, love meeting new people and having a lil wine and a chat. But I’m also someone who likes to recharge and have a lil quiet time
🏡 Ideal house sitch would be a social vibe with people in their 20s-30s who appreciate the balance of chilling together as well as me-time. I’d rather live with people who i can call friends rather than housemates
✨ Living with me: I’m v tidy and respectable of shared spaces. Always happy to do my bit around the house. Also very chill/easy to live with, so I expect the same from others

📍 Preferred areas:
Surrey Hills, Glebe, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Kings Cross, Redfern, Bondi, Coogie or anywhere with good transport links.

• Private furnished room
• Female energy house (preferred)
• Budget: $300–$450/week - willing to be flexible for the right spot/people
• Move-in: 7th Sep (flexible if needed)
