Hi! I’m Ben, 36, a working professional based in North Ryde. I work standard office hours and I’m looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to call home.

I’d describe myself as easy-going, respectful, stable and fairly independent, but always friendly and happy to have a chat. I’m pretty minimalist and like keeping my space clean and tidy. I’m also big on everyone sharing the load and creating a relaxed, happy home environment.

Outside of work, I’m into the gym, hiking, sport, music and getting outdoors. On weekends I’m usually out and about, catching up with friends or doing something active.

I’m a social drinker but rarely drink at home, and I don’t smoke or vape. I don’t have any pets, although I have no issues living with them.

I’m looking for a nice, clean and peaceful home with respectful housemates who are friendly but also appreciate their own space. 😊
