I'm a 26-year-old Australian professional looking for a clean and self-contained space to call home in Sydney. 

I work in media and production, value my downtime, and take great pride in keeping my living environment spotless, organised, and peaceful. I don't smoke, have zero pets, and prefer a quiet lifestyle where I can focus on my work and projects. 

What I'm Looking For:
I am ideally looking for a whole studio apartment, granny flat, or independent space where I can live autonomously. My preferred areas are Surry Hills, Chippendale, Newtown, Redfern, and Darlinghurst. Budget $400-$600 (Could be flexible if i love the place!)

I am in an excellent financial position, highly organised, and prepared to pay a few months of rent upfront to secure the right long-term space quickly.
