Hi! I'm Moritz, a 26-year-old coming over from Copenhagen for an exchange semester at AGSM (UNSW). I'm on the hunt for a room in a friendly share house, ideally around Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte or Bondi.
Alongside finishing my Master's I work part-time remotely for a Norwegian health-tech start-up, though I'd mostly be out during the day at uni, so I've got a steady, easy routine. Outside of that I'm active and sociable, big into watersports and keen to get back into surfing while I'm here. I played field hockey at national level back home and get to the gym regularly, but I'm just as happy with a chilled night in.
What I value most in a share house is a friendly, sociable vibe where housemates actually enjoy spending some time together, whether that's a shared dinner, a surf, or just hanging out, while still respecting each other's own space. I've lived in share houses ever since I moved out of home, so I know what makes living together work well, and I'm tidy, easy-going and respectful.
On timing, I arrive on the 10th of September and I'd be looking through to the end of December, and I'm flexible on the exact move-in and move-out dates.
If you think I'd be a good fit for your place, I'd love to hear from you! I'm still in Europe for now, so a quick video call to say hi works easily on my end.
Cheers,
Moritz
