My Name is Colin, I'm an almost 58 yr old professional business owner.
Im originally from the UK and have lived in Aust for half my life on and off. I don't smoke, like the occasional whiskey in my downtime (although I am a workaholic so likely out a great deal) but certainly not a party animal, i like my peace and quiet. On non workdays I'm generally on my laptop doing admin work. Love pets if you have them.
I'm clean, tidy and very respectful and friendly, so can be private or socialize with other house mates depending on their vibe.
I'm looking for a room for a min 6 months to 1 year which is spacious, prefer ensuite although ok to share. Shorter duration is ok, just trying to avoid multiple moves and looking for a stable environment for a while. Room for me to work from home (admin) either in the room or communal space (I'm very quiet) preferred. The home must be clean, with good positive energy where i can call home, so a genuine and mutual respectful connection with others would be great, I'm security conscious and would respect your home and house boundaries as required. happy to share with male or female (police check available) and a home that may have children. I do have a sense of humour and get on well with just about everyone.
