Hello!

I’m looking for a room within a 20-minute radius of UWA. I work 5–6 hours a day at UWA Sport, so my routine is incredibly stable and predictable. I’m looking for a place $210/week (bills not included) or $240/week (bills included).

I’m currently taking a 6-month break from my university studies to focus 100% on work and settle into independent living, so I have my finances and moving savings completely sorted. 

Outside of work, I love heading down to the beach, riding my e-bike, and staying active. I’m clean, quiet, respectful of personal space, but always down for a casual chat or tea/coffee. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for the house!
