Hi everyone! I'm moving to Sydney on the 23rd of September from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I've just started PT-ing/Gym Instructing, I love being active, and can't wait to explore a new city!

I'm very clean (🙏 important), considerate and looking for flatmates (ideally no more than 3) that are the same vibe. I'm very sociable and excited to meet new people 😊 but also really value having downtime, especially during the week, whilst of course respecting everyone else's.

I'm flexible with areas, but some places I've been looking at:
Manly, Marrickville, Erskineville, Newtown, Stanmore, Surry Hills, Randwick, Darlinghurst

Budget: Approx $450/w including bills

I can stay with a friend when I arrive if need be, so I'm semi-flexible on dates, but looking to find somewhere as close to Sept 23rd as possible!
