Hi,

I'm Jace, a Sydney-based IT engineer looking for a room for an initial three-month stay. There is a possibility I may extend beyond that, but at this stage I can only commit to three months.

A little about me: I work part time from home, but I'm often out during the day for walks, the gym, shopping, meeting clients, and catching up with friends. I'm friendly, very approachable, quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I'm also a bit of a nerd and enjoy all things technology, but I'm equally happy keeping to myself or having a chat with housemates.

I'm looking for a clean, relaxed, and respectful living environment with considerate people. I'm reliable with rent and bills and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.

I'd be happy to arrange a phone call or Zoom meeting if you'd like to have a chat and see whether I'd be a good fit for the household.
