I'm Reynen - I work in Tech, working hybrid (WFH 3 times a week). Originally from the Philippines, I've lived and worked in Qatar, Singapore, Perth and now Melbourne, so I've shared plenty of houses and know what makes them work.
Day to day I'm pretty low-key. I work regular hours, cook a bit, clean up after myself the same day, and I'm not a party host. Non-smoker, no pets, no loud instruments.
The room is just for me. My wife is based in Sydney and might visit occassionally for a couple of days - but highly unlikely because I will be the one who will frequently fly to Sydney. Happy to fit in with whatever the house's guest arrangements are, and I'd rather sort that out before I move in than assume.
Financially I'm stable and employed full-time, so rent is never going to be an issue.
