I'm a 49-year-old Japanese female relocating to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. I am currently actively looking for work and preparing for my IELTS English exam. Although I am currently between jobs during this transition, I have sufficient savings to cover the rent reliably and on time.
I prefer living in a clean, tidy, and peaceful home and would like a place without young children so I can focus on my studies.
I deeply respect other's privacy and personal space, take good care of common areas, and keep my room neat and tidy.
I would also love to do a language exchange (English and Japanese) if you're interested in practicing Japanese!
