My name is Diego, I’m 34, Brazilian, and I’ve lived on the Gold Coast for almost four years\. I work as a neurotherapist and spend much of my day at home studying or conducting online sessions\. My routine is quiet, and I would be the sole occupant of the studio\.

I’m a Christian and I regularly attend and volunteer at a Brazilian church here on the Gold Coast\. I’m clean, organised, and respectful\. I don’t smoke or drink, I don’t have parties, and I don’t have overnight guests\. I also understand the family environment and the normal household sounds mentioned in the ad\.

I need to move out of my current home by Thursday, so I’d really appreciate the opportunity to inspect the studio as soon as possible\. If it’s a good fit for both of us, I’m ready to move in immediately\.
