Hi! I'm Gaétan, 26, from France, and I've recently arrived in Sydney. I'm easy-going, clean and respectful. I enjoy sport, travelling and meeting people, while also valuing quiet time and personal space.

I'm looking for a furnished private room in a clean, calm and friendly home from 23 September. Ideally I'd start with 2-4 weeks (up to one month), with the possibility of extending if it's a good fit. I'd love somewhere that feels like a temporary home where I can settle into a routine.

I spend time on my laptop working on AI/tech projects, so a desk or proper table is important. I need a fully enclosed bedroom with a door, storage for clothes and a large bag, and access to a kitchen. I don't have a car, so convenient public transport and nearby shops matter more than a particular suburb. I'm open to different areas across Sydney.

My budget is around AUD 370 per week including bills. If bills are extra, I'd like to understand the total cost and short-stay terms upfront.
