Hello, me and my friend are looking for a room to rent, with a move in date around the 8th November and our budget is $600.

✨what we are looking for✨

- one shared room for the both of us

- one bed apartment/ granny flat/ studio preferred but also happy to be in a shared house with a private bathroom

- must be between broadbeach and burleigh (one of us works in pac fair and one of us works at stockland burleigh)

- within 15 min walk to tram and beach

- we are also looking at 2 bed 2 bath apartments if there are any girls who want to team up and get one together

- we are 21 from england

- we love the gym, walks, coffee, the beach

- we are very clean, tidy, chilled, easy going
