Hi there,

I’m a mature, independent woman working a 4-6 month contract in Sydney as a writer/editor in the health sector. I’m looking for either a:
*self-contained furnished studio, or
*a furnished room with an ensuite.

My preference is to be in Mosman, Cremorne, Kirribilli or thereabouts for the water/nature/work access or Camperdown in the inner west for the friends/family connection.

I’ve lived in shared homes for much of the past six years, as my travels and work tend to take me different places. I travel light and will essentially be bringing myself, clothes, linens and the essentials.

I’m looking for a healthy, peaceful living environment. My work requires a 'busy-brain' 9-5, so home is where I like to power down, breathe out and enjoy a bit of calm. Being close to water, among nature and big skies is a big part of what makes a place feel like home to me.

I’m sociable and enjoy getting out and about on weekends — music and writing festivals, catching up with my son and friends, and exploring Sydney and NSW.

I tend to do my socialising out of the house, and I’d enjoy living with folks who mostly tend to do the same.
