Hi, I’m Octavio. I’m moving from Canada to Sydney to work as a researcher at UNSW. I’ll arrive on 23 September and would ideally like to move in around 26 September. I’m planning to stay for about three months, until mid-December.
I’m clean, reliable, and easy to live with. Outside work, I enjoy running, swimming, and mountain biking. I don’t use drugs or party, and I’m mainly looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to live while I settle into Sydney and focus on my new role. I’m interested in the room and would be happy to arrange a viewing once I arrive.
