Jon Ruiz Alkain

Hi! I’m Jon, 24, from Spain. I’m moving to Sydney at the end of September and I’m looking for a private room in a shared house.

I previously lived and worked in Dublin for 10 months, where I shared a house with other people, so I’m already used to living with flatmates and respecting shared spaces.

I’m clean, tidy, responsible and easy-going. I’m sociable and enjoy meeting new people, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and like having a relaxed home environment. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets.

I enjoy sports, reading and exploring new places. I’m comfortable living with both guys and girls.

I’ll be in Sydney from 28 September and available for inspections from 30 September onwards. I’m looking forward to settling in and starting this new chapter in Australia!
