I am a friendly open guy. I work long hours as I am running and building 2 businesses. I get up early and go to gym most morning as this is a positive way for me to start the day. I have a digital marketing Business (Marks Consultancy) and Digital Telehealth Platform (Avahn Health).
I am looking for a cool place to settle for 6 - 12 months while I reorganize my life after the end of a relationship. I work from home, but my work is quite and I got out to visit clients or any meetings.
I am clean and tidy, do housework can cook and clean up afterwards. I am a focused person but pretty relaxed and adaptable. I have lived in share enviroments so I know what it takes to have a positive and respectful share house energy.
I work in Medicinal Cannabis so I smoke, but I am tidy and discreet (My current environment requires this). I value my health, but not afraid to have a few beers, wines etc...
I am cool with most people (Kids as well) and pets.
I teach and train karate (Kids and Adults) Tuesdays and Thursdays, this is a big passion in my life.
