Hi! I’m an incoming female PhD student at UNSW starting in February 2027 on a fully funded scholarship. I am moving to Sydney to focus on my research and am looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful place to call home.
I prefer walking to campus, so I am specifically searching for a household within a 30-minute walk to UNSW (e.g., Kingsford, Kensington, Daceyville, Randwick, or nearby borders).
As a flatmate, I am easygoing, clean, and very mindful of shared spaces. Because my PhD studies will keep me busy, I value a quiet, harmonious home environment where everyone can unwind. I enjoy friendly conversations, but I also fully respect everyone’s personal space and privacy. I am a non-smoker, reliable with rent/bills, and keep common areas spotless.
