Hi, I’m Kyan! I’m finishing my business degree at UWA, work Monday to Friday and am looking for a quiet home close to uni. Outside work and study, I enjoy the gym, running and heading to the pub for a drink.

I’m tidy and considerate, pay rent on time and clean up after using shared spaces. I buy my own groceries, meal prep twice a week and contribute to shared household essentials.

I’m friendly and happy to chat when we cross paths, but independent at home and respectful of other people’s space. Ideally, I’d share with one other person, though I’m open to a larger household where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing.

I have my own furniture, so an unfurnished room would be ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements if your place is furnished. I don’t have pets of my own, but currently live with two cats and would be very happy to live with pets.
