My Routine and Lifestyle:
I work full-time as an Engineer with steady weekday hours. When I'm home, I generally keep a low profile, relaxing, catching up on projects, heading to the gym, or unwinding on my phone. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, so there are never any wild weekends, parties, or late-night noise coming from my end.

How I Live:
I’m a big fan of polite parallel living. I have my own independent routine and don't expect shared meals or forced flatmate hangs, but I'm always cordial, approachable, and considerate. A quick "all good if I use the stove?" or "mind if I put the TV on?" is just standard daily courtesy for me. I'm someone that keeps to my own room most of the time.

Cleanliness:
I treat common areas with total respect. I operate on a strict clean-as-you-go approach in the kitchen, keep bathrooms tidy, and proactively take care of bins and shared upkeep without needing reminders or chore charts. I'm naturally very tidy and contentious.

What I'm Looking For:
A clean, calm apartment with another professional who values privacy and a quiet space to recharge after work. Ideally if you own your apartment and are looking for someone that's going to help pay off your mortgage, I'm your guy.
