Hi, I'm Ben, 19, moving from Far North Queensland to Sydney in early November for a sporting opportunity.

I'm looking for a furnished room for approximately three months (possibly more if all goes well), ideally around Matraville, Kingsford, Kensington or nearby, as I'll be training in the Centennial Park area. I plan to get a car once I am there and would ideally like somewhere to park. Certainly if it is very close to training I may be able to hold off on a car.

I'm relaxed, respectful and focused on my football. I'd prefer a quiet, stable home with a family, couple or mature housemates rather than a party house.

I'm happy to cook for myself, but also open to a homestay with meals included. My family will be supporting my accommodation costs. Ideally I would like to live with someone who could also help me navigate living in the city.
