Hey there,
I am originally from Venezuela and have been in Australia since 10 years ago.

I am quite easygoing, tidy and clean, independent, and work remotely as a software engineer for a company that supports people with disabilities. I usually work 2-3 days a week remotely from a cafe or co-working space.

I am social but I don't party at home.

I have shared houses and apartments in the past and I am fully aware of boundaries, and what being considerate and respectful to others means. I can also provide references who are happy to vouch that I’ve been a great tenant/flatmate and reliable that always pays bills on time.

I am 40 but feel, look, and act like a 34-35 because I like to keep myself fit and healthy. I train 3-4 times a week in the gym, I do water sports, kiteboarding, surfing, and anything fitness. I do not smoke and drink very little cause it hits me after 2 haha.
