I'm on the lookout for a like-minded housemates (2 people max.) to share a place ideally close to the beach, anywhere between Mermaid and Tugun. I have some appliances and furniture, but you're welcome to bring anything of your own to make it feel like home.

A little about me: I’m a cabinet maker in my mid-30s. I’d describe myself as a relaxed, clean, and tidy person. In my free time, I enjoy kitesurfing, running, cycling, or simply unwinding at the beach. On weekends, I don’t mind kicking back with a beer or two.

I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle—active and easygoing—who’s also respectful and values a clean and calm living environment. Just to note, I’m not keen on a party house setup.
