I'm a 30-year-old guy who loves art, which I started to help with mindfulness. I enjoy making and fixing things. I have three young children who live in Googong, hence my planned move here. Although they might pop in, I’m happy to spend my time with them at their home so you don’t have to worry about your home being periodically over-run with children! I enjoy spending time with children and animals, so a home with a resident animal (or more!) would be wonderful. I won’t have a job initially, but I am looking forward to hitting the ground running. I enjoy working and keeping busy. I have ticked a three-month stay, but I’m really flexible. If the house is right, I’d like to stay longer. On the flip side, if you can only offer a month’s stay, that will also work. I have worked out what I can afford based on the minimum I will have available. Until my divorce, I had my own home so I’d love to find somewhere where people are friendly but also respectful of each other's space. That said, I like company and having a laugh. While I love to volunteer with local animal centres, I don't have any pets of my own. I love to binge watch and wouldn't mind unwinding with my flatmates over some movies, listening to music while tidying the house or doing laundry. I'm looking to rent out a room (single person) preferred furnished (wardrobes and bed), with either own or 2 person sharing bathroom. I've intend to travel to Sydney as much as time permits ( weekends/ long weekends), to spend time with my nephews, nieces, my friends and family. As there is a short window of time between my arrival in Sydney and starting my new job in South Canberra; I'd like to opt for virtual inspection and secure the place if it works out.
