Hi everyone, I'm a single 35 y/o guy, very clean, respectful, non-smoker, working full time (Monday to Friday). I don't have any pets, but I do love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, that isn't a problem for me! I also don't have any kids. I lead a very active lifestyle, go to the gym usually 5 days per week and am an early riser, so like to be in bed pretty early. Definitely not a party animal! I also love going to the beach in summer. I've lived in this beautiful region for close to 4 years now and I intend to continue living in the Dunsborough/Vasse/Busselton area for at least another year at this stage. I'm looking for long-term availability (ideally 12 months) in another share house situation. I've lived in many share houses before, so I appreciate everyone's need for their own space, but I also enjoy a social dynamic where we can bond occasionally over say a movie or a dinner.
