Security checks may occur when activating or editing your listing, or when heightened activity is detected on your account. These checks play an important role in keeping Flatmates.com.au safe for everyone.

All listings and accounts will be checked to ensure the safety, security and reliability of the listings on the platform.

These checks may take a few minutes or longer, depending on website traffic, staffing and business hours.

If your listing is pending more than a few minutes for a security check, please be patient with us.

We understand that time is precious. Our Moderation team are working hard to ensure that all listings and accounts pass the checks. We will get to yours as soon as we can!
