My name is Sarah (28 years old), i work full time as a Personal Assistant and I also study by correspondence. I am friendly, easy going, clean and considerate of others. I am originally from Peakhurst, but moved out to Kellyville a couple months ago to live with family friends.
Eccentric little 1870's cottage located close to town and river. Sits on a little bit of acreage and looks out over council land and turf farms. Lots of space and room for vehicles and toys (boats, motorbikes, horse riding gear, etc) if required. Owner has dropped off an open fire pit which we sit around and cook food on. There is an option to rent out one of the paddocks for an extra fee. Internet is $60/month and would be split between the two of us Electricity is $40/month plus a small final amount at the quarterly read and split between the two of us Water is X still waiting for that to come from owners. New flat mate needs to be comfortable signing a tenancy agreement as it is a requirement of the real estate agent.

I’m easygoing, work five days (tues to Sat) a week as a production Assistant. Pretty laidback, enjoys road tripping, fishing and likes to keep clean. I’ve got children who live with their mother away in Canberra. So if another spare room is available, that would be of great help else it’s not necessary. Thanks Veer.
Charlie and I are looking for a home that makes us feel comfortable, safe and live with animal minded individuals. I am considerate of others, I have a positive vibe and always smiling. I love what I do for a job and during my free time, I have a wild imagination which allows me to draw, so I do have a lot of pencils, paper and water color paint that come with me. What makes my life even better is my 4 legged other half, Charlie the Red Kelpie. We are animal enthusiast, weekends we are out bush walking, practicing sheep herding, exploring beaches and or camping out under the stars. I do have a full-time job, so Charlie does stay back, but Charlie has a quiet soul and prefers to stay in bed sleeping when I'm not there. I hope this blurb tells you a little about us, look forward to finding our new home as we are trying to save for our permanent home.
Lovely home on half an acre, rural living that's close to everything you need, 175m to the bus stop and 1.7km to Vineyard Train Station, 3 minute drive to McGraths Hill shops (Aldi, McDonalds etc) Rouse Hill Town Centre is only a 10 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride. Freshly painted with new flooring, Foxtel can be in your room for an additional charge but is in the lounge room at no cost. Plenty of firewood for winter and an in-ground pool for the summer. NBN connected and unlimited. Please call me to arrange an inspection
Hi, I am looking for a secure and safe room to rent while I am working in Sydney on the metro project. I would only be staying 4 nights a week as I travel home to Newcastle every weekend. Prefer somewhere with a bed already set up ready to go. I smoke outdoors only. Currently working night shift from 3pm-midnight. Severely allergic to cats so anywhere with cats is a no-no for me. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi! I won’t bore you, will just get to the facts :) - CLEAN - EASY GOING - FUN PERSONALITY - PAYS RENT ON TIME - RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS/OTHERS PRIVACY - KEEP TO MYSELF, I work full time so like to chill in my downtime - SUPPORTIVE AND GREAT FRIEND :)))) - TRUSTWORTHY
I am 24 years old and work full time in North Sydney. I am super keen to move out of home and start my own life. I am a friendly and laid back person who is a mix of a homebody and someone who enjoys going out and socializing.
We are a young couple looking to move out for a stay between 6 to 12 months, but need flexibility. We have a car each so parking is essential, even if it is street parking. We are quiet and clean, and would like our own space.. A granny flat would suit us well, but most that i have found does not suit us as there is limited car space. We are after somewhere close to Riverstone and Windsor as that is where we work. We both have steady full time jobs and savings.
Easy going hard working gent who has come down to Sydney from Queensland for work purposes, I work in the construction industry in a management role , I work fairly long hours so won't really be home much apart from the weekend which will also be only once a month as I will go back home to see my family
Clean and tidy Englishman with Aussie Passport. Mostly working or out running/ training.Like sports and live music. On a 12 month contract in Windsor area so looking for somewhere to live commutable to Windsor. Initially 3 months and see how it goes from there.
This property is situated in the middle of historical Windsor. It is close to shops, petrol stations, doctors, hospital, transport, restaurants, pubs, gyms, etc. Walking distance to library, parks, train station, etc. It is a large house with a kitchen / dining area, two bathrooms, a spare toilet, two extremely large living rooms and 6 / 7 bedrooms. The house is set up in a way that you can pretty much divide the house into two with the exception of the kitchen which has to be shared.
The property is in a quite family area of Bligh Park, it has bushland at the rear of the property. Only 5mins walk to bus stop on Riffle Range Rd, buses go direct to Windsor train station. It is also 10-15min max drive to Windsor train station, shops and University There is Air Con in the living areas down stairs, with ceiling fans to bedrooms, the bathroom also has a bath. I have 1 Bedroom unfurnished and 1 bedroom with queen bed available. Down stairs is the living area, kitchen, Lounge & Laundry, the laundry has both front loader washing machine and dryer for use. For the kitchen - its well equipped and also has a BBQ outside. The property also has NBN which is included in the rent Bills - Water & Electricity are not included in the rent; divided between tenants Pets - I have a Beard Dragon Lizard. So I prefer no pets inside but pets outside are ok pre-approved by realestate Parking is on street or grass As this is rental property you will have to be approved prior to moving in.
A room is available for rent in my villa in South Windsor. The villa is located in a security complex, you will have a gate key to get in and out of. There is a small backyard with a grass area, garden and an entertaining area with BBQ and a small verandah at the front. It is a quiet area. The house is furnished, the available room is unfurnished. The room has built in wardrobes and split system air conditioning and heating. Train station and shops are very close. You must have a job as the real estate requires you to be added to the lease and put in half the bond. * Added bonus * The neighbours kid cleans our cars for a couple $$$ hahah
Property featuring five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the New Estate of Riverstone off windsor road side, Quiet and friendly Community. within 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop to go Rouse Hill Town Centre and 5 minutes drive to Riverstone and Vineyard Train Station if you want to go in the CBD. the available room located downstairs with TV on your own room. the room is far away from everyone so you will feel like you have your own space in the house.
Semi professional person looking a quite gig. Shift worker, so quite a must. Don't do booze, drugs or cigarettes. No pets. Non gangland. Just need a place where I can move in and out without too much hassles.
Older style home with antique furniture. Close to station in quiet street. Home has grand piano and secluded gardens. Riverstone is a great town - railway, essentially a stable country town, yet only 1/2 hour to Castle Hill, and 1 hour to the city/airport. We live on a large black with original trees, and lovely garden. Riverstone is only a 10 min drive to Rouse Hill Town Center in one direction or Windsor and Richmond in the other.
