I'm laid back, friendly and up for a laugh. I'm currently studying at university working part-time in Hornsby. My partner is also laid back and social. He currently works at a cafe cooking and making coffee.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
I'm a easy going guy who enjoys socialising , but also respects the privacy of other people. I work, mostly 6 days a week, as a fitter. I'm also interested in teaming up to start a share house.
The room comes furnished (double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers) with own walk in wardrobe and bathroom as well as own living room and a kithcenette. You will have the whole downstairs to yourself and can come and go unnoticed if you wish. Plenty of street parking and a bus to Hornsby or Mt Colah station is up the road. . Possibility to extend stay.
I am fun , down to earth, clean and considerate female looking to either start a share house or join one! Have been in the same job 3.5 years and stability in my next house is what I'm looking for :)
I am an ex New Yorker whom works as project manager in a large bank in Sydney. I am very respectful and am looking to share a unit in order to save for my own investment property. I have a great sense of humor, am clean, trustworthy and respectful to other privacy. If you require any further information, please feel free to drop me a line
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Young female working full time. I have a young male kelpie who goes where I go! Really clean, organised, not loud and can respect privacy. Pretty flexible when able to move.

Artist / musician / teacher / Counselor / minister ... still traveling but looking for a peaceful home base. We are creative, caring, sense of honour, discrete, acknowledge sense of 'your own space'. Non-smokers, not loud, easy-going. Home is sanctuary.
I'm looking for a house with a yard, I have a 12 week old puppy called Hades, who is an inside/outside dog (sleeps in my room at night and spends the day outside). I am allergic to cats. I'm looking to move up the coast to be closer to my Aunt, I am from Perth originally and only in Sydney for Uni. I clean up after myself (and occasionally go on a cleaning spree when an assignment is due), don't mind a little mess, I am a geek, love binge-watching shows, a gamer and have a pretty cool setup with consoles, my gaming PC and my TV, am a bookworm and I usually keep to myself. I don't drink (unless it is an event) or smoke tobacco, but I am 420 friendly. I love to cook if there are others to enjoy it, and am considering taking up gardening to grow my own veggies. I will also be looking at applying for a property in Woy Woy if people are interested. Rent would be somewhere between 170-220 depending on which place I can get (looking at modern properties, not pigsties). Shoot me a message if you want to meet up for a coffee to chat about a possible team up!

Clean and considerate individual looking for my own space to live in. That being said if I found a like minded individual I'd consider sharing. Only looking for 3-6 months in and around the areas I have listed as I'd like to try them first. I travel very frequently for work in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and northern NSW. Love to socialise but am not interested in a party house. I enjoy a beer, wine, music and good food but also love having my own space to chill out in. My family live in regional NSW and when they are in Sydney I love having them stay with me as well as friends every now and then if they come to visit. I don't have pets but don't mind if I share with the right person and they have pets, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses and recently had two Cavaliers in a previous life. I also don't smoke, but don't mind if the right person I share with does as long as it's not inside.
