Hi there, We are a very clean and tidy couple looking for a granny flat or similar. We are currently living in a granny flat in Queenscliff but it is only for 4 months (by 23rd October) although we could leave the place earlier if we find the perfect place for us around the Northern Beaches. We are looking for a quiet and private area with balcony, storage and decent kitchen. Feel free to contact us! Thank you very much 😊
Hi, im Sheree and im looking someone to move into a 2 bedroom duplex with me. I prefer to spend most nights either watching tv or playing on PC and tend to keep to myself. I come with a very friendly and affectionate cat, and will need to room with someone who is not allergic and is an animal person.
Hello, I have recently returned from living in France for a few years and am looking for share accomodation within the northern beaches. I work full time and am a friendly, tidy, responsible, happy person. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I’m a 29 yo single girl who works the plain old 9ish to 5ish. I’m a bit of a homebody I think? I’d like to find a home that feels like a sanctuary (indoor plants galore)! I’m not interested in just renting a room, I’m keen to build a little home with someone. I love living in a clean space but understand it’s not the be all and end all of you don’t do the dishes immediately after eating. I don’t party often anymore, more of a red wine and talk junk lady now. Love to cook and more than happy to share! Just looking for some drama free, happy, maybe a little crazy people to move in with!
My names Katie, I'm 25, I work part time and study nursing at uni. I'm pretty quiet but always up for a drink or dinner with housemates. I'm looking at either the North Shore or Inner West areas. ****I'm not able to move just yet but am aiming for mid-end September. I'm flexible with an exact move date**** I have a cat named Charlie (the cuddly kind of cat not the cranky kind) - I'd hate to give him up so I'd love to find some people that would be happy to have him in their home. He's been living with two dogs so hes friendly with other animals, he's toilet trained and no trouble at all. If it sounds like we'd be a good fit for your place please let me know :)
Hey there! My name is Lucia and I am currently looking for long term accommodation. I work full time on the Northern Beaches, so I'd ideally like a place to call home that is also close to work. I am a fun, genuine, outgoing person. I love to have a good laugh and enjoy being social, as well as spending time on my own. I enjoy binge watching movies, seeing friends and playing video games. I also like to keep active by going to the gym etc :) I hope to hear from you!
Quiet fellow with a beautiful, well behaved dog. No fuss and easy to get on with. I'm kind and considerate.
Hi, I’m a 21 y/o British student that has a work placement full time for 6 months in Sydney, Chatswood area starting September. I’m looking for somewhere to live and potentially find someone to share with! I’m Tidy, sociable, always up for fun but can be quiet when I need to be! Haha, feel free to send me a message, I’m always up for a chat!😄
I'm friendly, easy to get along with. I clean up after my self and I'm a tidy person. I'm outgoing, I like photography and to dance. I'm a qualified swimming teacher and I've just finished working in the UAE for three years. Originally from Wales.
We are currently both working full time in Frenchs Forest for an amazing NFP (where we met last year) - Lawrence as Fundraising Officer on a sponsorship visa and Cailyn as Social Coordinator. Lawrence, originally from the UK, has a background in acting/film making and performance, and works voluntarily as the Booking and programming Coordinator for Newkind Festival (TAS) Cailyn (AU) has a background in Environmental Conservation, is studying Social Science and frequently volunteers to run meditation classes and retreats. We are well house trained, honest and communicative and well versed in communal living. Both friendly, social and playful creatures by nature, we love juicy conversation, human interaction, music and a bit of wholesome fun. We are also very busy during the week, and highly value our own space - both individual and together time in a calm, quiet environment. We both meditate/practice yoga regularly and also study, so a quiet space is very important to us. We both enjoy a healthy lifestyle (don't drink, smoke etc.), and wish to live in a space with like-minded people who share similar values. Ideally we would like to find somewhere we can build a home for at least the next couple of years. We are looking for somewhere quiet, clean, as close as possible to nature and fairly central to the places we frequent - work (Frenchs Forest), uni (Macquarie Park) and meditation (Chiswick). We have plenty of furniture/appliances to contribute to the space, though happy to leave most of it behind if the rest of the house is already furnished. We would prefer to furnish our own room, though. Our ideal house has a lot of natural light and air flow. We would love a master bedroom, or any room that's a decent size. An en-suite is preferable, but not necessary. We both enjoy cooking and are happy to share and collaborate! Cailyn comes with an abundance of tea and is always willing to steep you a brew. We would really love to practice more sustainable living, so a backyard for growing food would be a huge bonus! We are open to all kinds of people. Our ideal flatmate/s have shared values and are searching for the same kind of vibe as us. Our move in date is flexible depending on when we leave our current place, but looks like early Sept. If we sound like the kind of people you want to share (or build) a home with, please get in touch!
I'm a single mum with a 4-year-old girl. She attends preschool 3 days a week, and I work either from home or from a local library. We are very tidy and clean, and (mostly) quiet. We lived with housemates since ever she was born and we are very considerate.
Hi I'm Barry. I'm an IT professional who is coming to live in beautiful Sydney to be near to my Aussie girlfriend. I'm quiet, clean and tidy. I'll keep myself to myaelf much of the time but I'm happy to share a meal or a drink with my flatmates too. I hope to find a nice place to live in Sydney for medium to long term stays.
Clean, non-smoker, easygoing. I work 3 days a week in Projt Mgt, and am a writer with my own business on the other days. I exercise, try and eat healthily (but also: pizza!!), dance to keep fit, yoga. Quiet on a school night, party days are well and truly over, spend weekends with friends down at the beach or heading off for a road trip somewhere fun. Im well travelled having spent most of my 20s across Europe, Africa and Canada. I'm looking to share a place with one other person - def over larger share houses. Located ideally on a quieter street - not a main road. Large room with built-ins and own bathroom, and ideally air cond. Bonus points for any gym or pool nearby or in the building.
My brother and I are looking to rent something relaxed and that's close to our office, for roughly 2 months from around the 13th of September. We both work full time in Brookvale and are hardly home between work and other commitments. We are both very respectful, relaxed and keep to ourselves. Neither of us are big party people. Ideally we would like to rent out a flat/studio/granny flat to ourselves. I'm very happy to get references from the previous owners that we have rented from if needed.
Hi I’m Will a 20 year old apprentice needing accomodation ASAP I’m easy going happy and reliable. I work hard so won’t be hanging around the house too much. When I do like to socialise if you do, but just as happy for a quiet night. I’m single and come from a small coastal town, been in Sydney a bit over 15 months. Drama free kinda dude
I am a final year veterinary student doing a month internship in Seaforth and will need a place to live during that time. I am pretty easygoing, love music and a good Netflix sesh. Unsure on the hours I'll be doing, but I'll probably be away for most of the day.
