LOOKING on the Central Coast and Sydney (Northern Beaches or Mosman) Responsible, caring, clean, a Francophone by birth, I have excellent references from Real Estate Property management. My past profession involved my own business in health and healing, and my family home was on Sydney's Northern Beaches in Seaforth for 40 years, and I also worked in Real Estate in Balmain and Annandale. I like Nature, I like space, and a tidy, pleasant home. I can be social but respect we all need our quiet space. I am a committed animal lover and activist, and have been vegetarian for many years, though occasionally, I will eat seafood and fish when my doctor tells me I need more iron. I am an actor by profession and I have an agent in Sydney and in Melbourne. I am finishing a University accredited Law degree by distance education and I have two years to complete this. I have a gorgeous cat, Ellery - Ellie is 2 years old, shy with people and is litter trained, she was rescued as a baby and hand reared by me from 6 weeks of age. I PREFER a situation with an enclosed garden/courtyard and ideally, no other pets like other cats or dogs, as regrettably, an owner's dog attacked Ellery when she was still a kitten, so this frightening memory has stayed with us. As a former competitive swimmer and diver, I love the water and being close to it. I am looking for a long lease after the initial six months is over. I have lived all over the world as a child and travelled several times around it as an adult, and travelling is a passion!!! I seek stability, preferably sharing with only one other, an owner-occupier or leaseholder is good, where that housemate works regular hours or travels for work. I prefer obviously a person who is mature in their temperament, respectful and kind. Thank you.
Work full time for NSW Health. Love outdoors, bikram yoga, kayaking, volunteering. Am clean and tidy. Do a big cook for the week. Looking for an unfurnished room in a clean and tidy place with people in their 20/30s.
Despite the fact I work lots and study full time, I love to clean and always love to have a tidy house. I love to hang out with my friends and meet new people. I like cooking (although it’s not my strongest point) and entertaining.
Mature, respectful, responsible woman who is friendly but quiet. Non-drinker, clean and tidy, always do my share. Love nature, music, creative pursuits and personal growth. Looking for work and recently completed a course in Cert III Individual Support. Respect others' privacy and appreciate the same, including with noise. Want to move closer to Sydney to see my daughter and grand-daughter more regularly. Prefer an unfurnished quiet space / to share a house with a garden with 1 other quiet, respectful housemate who is not always home. Have my own bedroom furniture and can sell if necessary the remainder of my furniture. Storage would be great. Prefer a house, villa or semi with space. I have a beautiful indoor 4 yo rescue cat who loves people, is very sweet, affectionate and playful. Suburb is flexible as long as its safe and away from trouble and crime. Enjoy lots of trees and a garden. Happy to discuss.
I'm an easy going, true blue girl who lives and breathes all things nature, outdoors, music and gardening. I love adventuring and going out with friends but still a homebody at heart, and a sucker for a night in with a face mask and bottle of wine/chamomile tea. I've lived in the same share house for 7 years and am very good at compromising and respecting individual's differences. I'm a very clean person, pull my weight with shared chores, and am more than happy to do my own thing but still love a good chat! I do come with a little feathery yellow friend - pet cockatiel named Petey. She quite happily keeps to herself in her cage (of which I maintain any mess and can be in my room if need be) but has been hand reared and so loves chilling out on my shoulder/being tactile whenever she has the chance.
Easy going, love to cook, like seeing the bigger picture, and don't do drama i teach meditation, so I like to sit in the stillness of things. does not mean I don't like to have fun with life ;) Love listening to music, most music (not into heavy metal or rap other than that all good) I love to play golf and turn wood, and enjoy a swim in the ocean. A glass or two of wine or a beer on a hot day ;) Life is meant to be simple and I like my life to be simple, don't believe in the belief that things need to be hard to get anywhere in life
I'm a mature, sociable, motivated twenty two year old sound engineer from Terrigal, working as a barista and hoping to get into full time work as a sound engineer with music, film, tv and advertising. I'm a keen musician, artist and surfer, I enjoy going out with friends to live music and just for chill drinks, and I have a one year old Ridgeback x neo mastiff named Aries. (goes for two runs a day and sleeps the rest, very easy going pup!)
Hi there, Im a mature male clean tidy respectful and an honest person. Financially sound. Looking for a large room prefer main bedroom with own bathroom Can provide an excellent reference from current landlord. Looking only on the central coast.
Hello there, we are Svenja and Vincent from Germany and both grew up in a rural area near Munich (Erding). As we already met during school time we are a couple for more than 8 years now. We are known to be a lovely, happy natured and trustful couple. Svenja is 27 years old and her last job was working for the health government in Germany as a social worker - at the moment I am working as a full time nanny for an Australian family at the Central Coast. Vincent is 29 years old and worked for the German rail track corporation DB Netz as an electrical engineer - at the moment Vincent is working as an full time electrician on a construction at the Coast. We both have to take a lot responsibilities in our jobs. In our free time we enjoy vegan cooking together (we are both vegan and are great cookers - there will be always a slice of yummi banana bread for you!), hiking, dancing, Stand up paddling and travelling. What is the reason for our stay in Australia? Svenja once studied social work at the Sunshine Coast and always dreamed of coming back to discover all of beautiful Australia. After taking deep thoughts, managing to take a break from work and saving lots of money to travel a year we started our journey in January, 2018 in Perth. Why we want to become flatmates? We both found great full time jobs at the Central Coast and therefore need to live in somewhere :-) Up to now we were lucky enough to do house sittings but up from the 18th of November when the house owners return from their big Europe trip we didn't found another suitable house sitting at the Central Coast and therefore want to become flatmates until we'll travel again around Christmas time. P.S.: It goes without saying that we will clean up thoroughly after ourselves and of course help out/undertake cleaning duties! We would love to hear from you! Svenja and Vincent
Hi I am Andrew. I have always lived on the Central Coast and would like to move into some shared accommodation. I enjoy company, but also my own space and downtime. I am clean and respectful of others. I am in a long-term relationship and study full-time at University. I earn a stable income from 2 jobs and like to keep myself busy. Message me so we can get to know each other.
I'm an easy going, open-minded divorced/single (single for 26 yrs does that still count as divorced🤔) Australian born 57 yr old female moving to a new full-time role for the ATO in north ryde that is due to start 10th January 2019. I will be working shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Looking for a room long term but 2-3 months initially, or shorter if it's not working 😕 just to make sure it works for all. Have been a singer/guitarist working professionally all my life with casual temp jobs in between in admin but for the last 3 yrs have had "a real job" as a fulltime court monitor in the district court but moving on to a call centre job so that I can move closer to my daughters and grandchildren on the Central Coast. My eldest daughter & her partner are expecting their third child 1st daughter 🤗 at the end of march and so i would like to be closer than a 2 & a half - 3 hr drive from them so that I can help in anyway I can. I'm leaving a lovely spot 500 mtrs from the beach 😔 but hey a nanna's gotta do what a nannas gotta do. I am a yoga enthusiast ( I studied and lived at a yoga centre for quite a few years so not completely averse to vegetarian or vegan but being an O+ type blood need some occasional meat. I enjoy cooking and being cooked for but by no means a chef. Those years taught me a lot about respecting other peoples' space, living simply with minimal possessions, a work ethic that encompasses a "paying it forward" attitude. I was there to learn to teach yoga because it had had such an empowering affect on my life that I wanted to "pay it forward " but unfortunately didn't reach my intended end goal. I did however learn practical tools that have served me extremely well in coping with stress, attaining emotional maturity and a deepening of my universal love and faith in humanity. Didn't get what wanted but I certainly got what I needed). I love to play golf, tennis, bushwalking and swimming when I can but not as often as I'd like. I like to chill out watching tv (Am an "Outlander"tragic fan so into historical dramas, comedy and the odd reality/lifestyle show as humans and the different ways they interact fascinate me) Independantly owned and operated I enjoy my privacy but am not averse to the company of good people, great food a good laugh and stimulating conversations 😊 Somewhere near a train station would be desirable, I have a car but will need to train it to work. Looking forward to finding a good match 🤞also couldn't find where to put the info about my cat. I have 2 completely indoor cats who are brother & sister, almost 5 yrs old, desexed and very much people cats having never been traumatized by any human. Not sure how they'd go with other cats or dogs because they haven't had much access but they (Charly - girl Calico & Chucky - boy Tabby) are not afraid of strangers. Being indoors I would need a separate toilet for myself and my fur babies if possible. If not I'm happy to have them in my room. I've kept them indoors (we've been in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 yrs they were 10 mnths old when we moved in) mainly because it's not safe outside ie; hoons screaming up and down the street where i live, but also to protect wildlife. I would love for them to be able to enjoy an outdoor garden during the daytime. They are both quiet, clean and very affectionate. I have a top notch vacuum cleaner and attachments along with affective grooming aids that reduce significantly the effects of furnami 👍😊
I'm a clean and tidy person. Friendly and bubbly personality. I am a student studying environmental science, I work full time at a restaurant in terrigal. I have a beautiful sleepy dog named Penny who doesn't bark, she is toilet trained and enjoys being outside. I don't do drugs, or 'party, I do enjoy a wine after work or a few drinks with the girls. I hope to make friends with the people I live with.
