I'm turning 20 this year so I am looking to move into my first place of my own! It was only my mum and I living together so I've basically been taking care of myself anyway since I was 16. I have a car and my learners and I will hopefully be getting an exemption for my Ps soon. I usually do like to keep to myself but I don't mind the odd chat or drink! I'm very friendly, clean, production at most times apart from Sunday's lol and and I consider myself a very respectful and trustworthy person. I currently work part time/casual waitressing and hosting at a club. I am taking on at home and in campus study this year hopefully very soon. If pets are aloud that would be a complete bonus to me as I do have a small inside toilet trained shitzu she's very quite and loveable but if worst comes to worst my mum can take care of her for me. I am a light smoker (outside only of course!) but I am constantly burning scented candles insense ect ect, so you will almost NEVER have a problem with any type of "bad smell". I have OCD with cleaning so you will also never have a problem with mess! I can only currently afford 150-180 a week at the moment but work will be picking up in the next few weeks so I will then be able to afford 200-250 a week!

This is a large house and property, the location is just meters from the water with the park directly across the road, the train station is 6 mins walk away and only 20 min to the city via train. Close to shops & bus stops. Always a lot happening on the weekends down by the Wynnum / Manly water front. I love to keep a clean home, and am always looking at ways to make this beautiful house even more homely. As my property is located close to the water, I get great breezes and lovely views.

We have a little cavalier x Maltese puppy called Ralph, he is the best. So no other pets are allowed. We're a quiet house, and we're looking for quiet people.

There is conditioning in the lounge room and fans in each room. Great balcony to sit and relax.
Nudgee Beach is a wildlife sanctuary , close to airport, motorway and is a quiet village, except on weekends when there's people fishing, cycling, walking. There's limited public transport , so you'll need your own transport, but 2 train stations within 5 min drive. Foxtel/pool/air con/ shared kitchen. Females only , to share house with adult male and 2 children aged 20 & 18 who are going to Uni. Ideal for ACU students. Simple rules to follow and everyone gets along.. :)

I am very easy going and have a personality that most people enjoy being around! I work a lot so especially night work as I am in security! My goals are to be a cop! I enjoy company and a cold beer when I get the chance but lately the chances are sliming as I work most nights haha So more or less I am clean and tidy and very respectful and deadly honest! Sometimes it doesn't work in my favour being very honest and upfront but I believe it's a good quality!
